So it's been a while since I've focused on my back in the day work with trance and techno being a huge thing but now it seems like it died out a bit. I'm coming up with a new song this weekend and hopefully a new improved song in the makings of the similar Photon soundtrack I made a while back. Also check out my latest upload.

So I've realized it's been a long time since I've been on here. Now that really does suck that I wasn't able to stick around and give you guys more of Techs great work but don't be so dissapointed. Now I've heard that we are going to have some good things coming to newgrounds starting January, which I'm pretty excited about Pixel Day. Last time I wasn't able to reach a high standard but this time I'm gonna make something that blows everyone's mind. I've been listening to a lot of chiptune music and I have to say that I am ready to use what I learned and listened to to take my song to the next level. Now we are still a bit far but I'm sure this is a great opportunity to get things going. 

Now of course with making better music it would mean connecting with Newgrounds a little bit more than I do. I want to make sure that I can get some regular visits on here to see what people that I'm following are doing today theses days. This should also help me connect with more artists and learn more from their music as well.

Now Techmo is a good name and by all means does sound good but I'm deciding on changing it starting today.....okay maybe tomorrow cuz I'm tired. Either way it'll be a good name so no worries..

Well it took long but it's good to be back. I've been so busy and going through ups and downs that I forgot I have people to entertain. I've been currently going through some therapy and I need time to myself but I'm feeling better and I can finally come back to make some music again. I have up, I have a few little compositions on here for you all but I am working on an even bigger project called Xenomorph. I will be releasing soon next weekend. Hello there my lovlies and welcome back to Newgrounds! Yeah that was for me. I've been a bit off here of course as always trying to find time to make music is hard but I manage with working everyday and finding some time to get done with things and even make some new plays on Newgrounds that you might just be interested in. So without further to do let's get to the main sources of this news post.

First off I never got the chance to but I would like to thank @RealFaction and @TaintedLogic for rating my song "Spectrum" during the A.I.M. Music Constest and to congratulate everyones participation in it. I was happy to have made it to the Album with many other wonderful artists some of which I'm following/friends with like @larrynachos who makes some insane rock/ metal music that you just have to listen to. It's like murder music well lol when I hear it at least I think of like gods and vikings fighting each other in some really epic battle and theres thunder and theres you know all that cool stuff boys like :P Here's @larrynachos upload for A.I.M.

Now going to the next subject, let's talk about style and how I make music and blah blah blah haha! So I've noticed that I've been addicted to Chiptune and 8-Bit for some time now and I think I need to switch it up a bit with a new electronic style of music. Don't worry I won't change things completely. I'll be using samples I make as I'm finishing up songs and producing other stuff alike. I play this game called "Cytus" an extremely fun yet difficult game to play depending on how well coordinated you are with your eyes. Requires some large amounts of focus but fun and challenging. Anyways continuing many of the songs that are featured in the game fall under the wide variety of Electronic music in categories of Techno, Trance, Dubstep, Chiptune, Rave, Spectrum, Drums & Bass, and Electric Trance/Rave/Techno which is sort of like Gapo music but we don't talk about Gapo.........the horrors Xs

So I'll be trying some really heavy stuff out for the time being and when I have my first upload up you can give me an opinion on what you think. So yeah there's that. 

[What's That Art]

So I love a lot of the Art material that goes around Newgrounds of course and it doesn't matter what it is *Yes I've been there before too. Guilty as charged) So I wanted to share one of my favorite Art Portal Submitters work which I just fell in love the first time I saw his art. @ErrorCell makes some amazing art pieces that is sure to always please the crowd. He mixes art with a storyline that only a few can understand. Bringing scenario after scenario into a timeline of astonishing backgrounds, Azure, a boy and his companion Alex travel throughout the desolate world trying to reach their ultimate goal. A more brief description;

SideTrip is a graphic novel project I began just about a couple months ago. It's about everything and nothing at the same time, which is as abstract as the story can get. The story follows two characters: Azure and his friend Alex, the God of Hiding and the two visit various places in the insane world collecting secrets, particles, and pretty much anything that they need to reach their ultimate goal.

Now for the last and final thing I should mention. Now I want to start running a Sweepstakes or some sort of contest but not sure when and how. I'm still doing some research on that but it should be big. If anything I should mention it it's for Audio Artists Only. Not saying I hate you Art goers and Movie Makers but I like music and I like hearing it. Something maybe like the person that makes and amazing song gets a $100 gift card or try to see about a prize pool sort of thing but I'd have to check up with admins on here. If I can't on Newgrounds I'll go for Youtube since this winter I want to start putting up my music on there. I don't know I think it would be fun for everyone. Hey everyone! I'm back with more news and some sweet new tunes. I've been a bit out of Newgrounds lately since I've been having a bad case of depression and it's really just stirring me up. I'm currently trying to cope with it right now and fighting back but it's hard. Either way I'm not quitting the music biz, in fact I have new stuff coming up so here's what's coming;

A new song is still under development and I should be done with it before the end of this month. Might have 2 actually. I'm also happy to announce that I have made it into the A.I.M. Contest and earned Fan-Favorite Audio! This is a big accomplishment for me. Still waiting for that signature though. Either way I'm still happy that I got into the A.I.M. Contest Album which made me happy for @Seprix and @larrynachos for getting into the album as well. 

Other news include a contest that I'm still looking to do for people on here, specific crowd of artists. More details will be released later on.

Well I tried my best this year to get into the NGAUC but I came up short of the score. Shame too, I was like an inch away. Oh well maybe next time I'll make it. Knocked out, like with a baseball bat to the head. Hmm well enough of that. Let's get to the new details.

So for some who might be wondering. So as you can see some songs CANNOT be downloaded for use. This is simply due to the new release of my prototype album which I've been working hard with @ErrorCell who allowed me to use some of his artwork to base the covers off. I'm not sure if this album will have a release date yet but it's currently in the works. 

This also concludes a brand new song that is in the making process right now. It's a remaster of one of my old pieces that you all might like. More details coming soon!

So something went wrong with one of my newest uploads and I had to reupload them because of the problems I was having with them and as I listened closely I had to also edit out some errors in it but now it's back and running. Nothing complicated just some minor issues that have now been resolved.

So a while ago for one of my songs I got reviewed on it. The song was practically simple and not much needed to make it sound like something a DJ would make. Now I thought the song came out pretty good and a lot of people liked it too however it's a harsh penalty for receiving a 2 star rating review when your song isn't terrible at all. Now I just want to explain more on what I do and how I make it because some people lljust don't get what music is about. 

Now I'm a simple girl who spends her time working for the most part and on free times I get to finish little segments of my new songs I'm making. I spend hours trying to add all I can and make all my songs sound good. I admit it, I'm not the best with making a drum beat but I'm good at making the main parts of leads and rhythms. So as I mentioned I got a 2 star rated review because I didn't use enough drums and I didn't add what the guy suggested as a "Proper Bassline" not to mention pointed out that everything was everywhere. Finally finishing his review with adding that my song was dull. Now just to make this clear, just because I don't make Dubstep or and heavy genre specific music, DOES NOT mean that it's trash. All my songs include high rises and falls and I don't need much of a bassline because I'm already perfecting the rhythm and leads. So a quick simplified chart of what I do for most of my songs;

1. I use 2-5 different leads in all my songs which sometimes goes from 3-7. Not specific leads are usually blended with the rest of the leads to prevent overiding the actual lead parts which is 2-3. 
2. My rhythm parts are mostly centered on what my lead sounds like. My rhythm parts come in 2-4 which can include either a bassline, orchestral, strings, etc. 
3. When I'm working/ concentrating on only my rhythms and leads I don't add much of a beat since I like my songs simple. When I do decide to add a specific beat I look it up throughout my folders and try to replicate it using different kicks and snares. I usually add more beat sequences to drums and bass parts. 
4. All my songs fall within the specified genres; Chillstep, Drums & Bass, Drumstep Chipstep, Chiptune, EVGM, Techno, 8-Bit Trance, and rarely Dubstep. 
5. My music is specific to my taste in sounds. I make music with whatever I get. What I have is what I have and if it sounds good I continue to work with it.

My point is that not everyone has the same taste in music. We all see and hear it in different tones. Music don't have to be whatever the music industry tells us it has to be, music has to be purely something that comes from the heart itself. You don't think when you make music, you just make it. You don't second guess yourself on whether you should take the risk or not, you go for it. In your world, your mind, music is whatever you want it to be and if it means making something that no one has listened to before, then that's where you have to go from. Love music the way you hear it.
